Controversial singer Abdulazeez Fashola, known as Naira Marley, and Lagos socialite Samson Eletu, known as Sam Larry, don file a fundamental rights suit to challenge their ongoing detention concerning the death of singer Ilerioluwa Aloba, alias Mohbad. The suit get the police and Lagos magistrate, Adeola Olatunbosun, wey order their remand for police custody for 21 days as defendants. Naira Marley and Sam Larry dey ask for N20 million each as damages from the defendants, and dem dey seek “an order of the court releasing the applicants forthwith.”
