According to one statement by the National Commissioner and Chairmo, Information and Voter Education Committee, Barr. Festus Okoye, e tok say dem gats delay the elections wey suppose happen on Saturday 18th of March 2023 after one mix up of sensitive materials wey dem no plan for the two State Assembly divisions for the area, dat na Kwande East and Kwande West. Because of dis matter, voters and partners con put head together agree say make dem rearrange the election.

The Commission con dey beg the voters for Kwande Local Government Area make dem come out yapa con vote for the pipo wey dem go like occupy the governorship and State Assembly seats. For the same manner, the Commission call all the parties and the pipo wey dey drag different seats positions make dem control demselves peacefully.
